Our small coastal studio, nestled amongst Moonah and Tea-Tree, offers Group & Private Reformer Pilates classes 6 days a week. Each class will be created mindfully to suit all levels of experience, allowing for a fun and fulfilling movement experience for all.
NEW TO REFORMER PILATES?
You have 2 options:
- Book a Private Introductory Session and I will take you through the basics, whilst assessing whether you’re ready for a group class. I run these sessions at 11:30am daily and 8:15am Tuesday & Thursday. OR…
- If you have reasonable fitness and are familiar with group style classes, join the Foundation Flow.

Foundation Flow
This is the signature class at Coastal Pilates Studio. It offers low impact Pilates moves through a full body workout, leaving you feeling invigorated and motivated for your day! No class is the same, you will always be encouraged to try new moves and progress your pilates practice.
It is a great place for new people and the best place to restart after some time off. Some basic fitness is expected, but don’t let pain/injury stop you from trying pilates… you will learn to modify exercises specific to your needs and take these on into other classes offered at the studio.

Strength & Stretch Flow
This is it: everything you need packed into one amazing whole body sculpting class. The focus is on strength and conditioning using controlled movements at max load to build muscle and tone. There will be a combination of core work, lengthening movements and flowing sequences, with just the right amount of intensity to ‘push you to your limits’.
You’ll never get bored with the endless variety of creative and traditional reformer exercises offered in this class. Be prepared to work hard, see results and leave feeling empowered to do more of what you love in life.

Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow will up the pace and keep you moving at all times. In this class fun, dynamic movements are integrated amongst the usual favourites, adding a cardio element to your workout. This class is appropriate for all levels (modifications will be offered); however, due to its faster pace it is recommended that you attend Strength & Stretch or a Foundation Flow prior to jumping into this class.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
1:1
This class is an individually designed program to suit your exercise goals and specific needs. A private session is also a great way to introduce yourself to Reformer Pilates, giving you confidence to join a group class in the future (no injured bodies).
2:1 or 3:1 or 4:1
In these classes you nominate who you would like to attend with, be it someone from your family or a friend/s. Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout to ensure each of you achieve your desired goals.
CLINICAL PILATES
1:1
Clinical Pilates is used for client-specific treatment. These sessions can assist with rehabilitation after an injury or surgery, dealing with chronic pain (eg back or hips), balance retraining, exercising for osteoporosis or arthritis management. It differs from the other Pilates classes on offer, as it takes into account an individual's specific injuries and physical needs. After an initial assessment, a unique program is developed for each individual.

Step 1: Go to your favourite app store, and search and download the Momence app! Links above. The Momence member app has a black background with a purple and white overlapping ovals.
Step 2: Click Book now, you will be taken to the LIVE timetable.
Step 3: Click on the class you’d like to attend. If you don’t have credits on your account you will be directed to the CLASS PACKS available for purchase.
Please join me for a Foundation Flow class. If this class time does not suit you, my suggestion would be to attend a Strength & Stretch class instead. So that I can plan a class suitable for a beginner, I do ask that you text/call/email notifying me 24hrs hours prior to class on 0418 38 949.
If you plan to attend 1 class a week I suggest you purchase the 6 credit pack of classes.
If you plan to attend 2-3 classes a week the 10 or 20 credit pack is the best option for you!

Sign in to the Momence App. Under the MAIN category it will list your upcoming bookings and waitlisted classes.
Yes, as long as you give me over 10 hours notice, you will not be charged for the class.
If you can’t make an appointment or class due to an illness or emergency, you can cancel or reschedule by following these steps
Step 1: Log into the app. Or visit momence.com/sign-in and log in to your account.
Step 2: Any upcoming bookings will appear on the main page of your account.
Step 3: To cancel a booking, click on the session you’d like to cancel and click the red ‘Cancel’ button. Confirm your cancellation.
Step 4: Check your email inbox for a cancellation email to confirm your cancellation was successful.
Step 5: To make another booking, look for an available date and time and create a new booking.
Of course, there are always going to be days when you wake up unwell or the kids are unwell. Please notify me by text, as you are entitled to 1 fee waiver/month.
Yes, both the 6 & 10 pack expire after 3 months. The 20 pack expires after 4 months.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Yes, when you book yourself into a session it will give you the option to reserve 1 spot (or more) for friends. Click this and a credit will be deducted from your account for your friend to use.
Friends/family will need to fill in the Pre-medical form prior to attending.
